They say you can not move bees more than 1 foot (a day for days on end) or 2 miles at one time.  Well I move bees anywhere I want and they figure it out. I moved mine in Alvin 30 ft. at one time, and these at G-manns 500 yards or more to the back of the Glen Flora main farm.  Stacy got a new horse and its pasture was gonna be by the hives, thats not a good plan. This new spot they are in is nice and shady with a good breeze coming through.
