Funny what life throws at you these days,  now I am back to the one woman operation that I was in the beginning.  My "business partner" is not that anymore and will go on to do his excellent contracting work on his own. I do appreciate his help this past year and wish him well. I will go on to new frontiers in beekeeping and bee relocation work. This shot from a recent job in the Montrose area on Kipling street shows me pointing to the cage with the queen inside, below her in the big cage is her brood and colony.  She will be reunited with her family  back at my home. At this point in the job the bees are usually nice to me and a veil is not needed, it does make a difference when you care.
