Inside the honey wagon

Well we all had to wear our suits on Sat. due to those hot bees, good thing the weather was not hot.  The honey wagon designed and built by Arnold has electricity supplied by a generator in the back of his truck. It is completely closed and air conditioned, a clean environment for extraction. Honey goes directly into 5 gallon food grade brand new containers, or into the 55 gal. food grade drum when those were full. It is bottled at Gundermann farms cert. kitchen in Glen Flora. Usually no suits are required inside the wagon but those darn bees chased us even out there so we had to keep 'em on, Arnold at the extractor, Kelly behind him.
