This colony is doing so well that they now have a nice new super on top with empty drawn out comb.  They had a lot of bees, and are not mean at all.They are bringing in lots of pollen (well they were, today it will only get to 54 today and very windy not a good flying day) and they will be a strong colony this year and produce honey for sale I was very careful to preserve this excellent brood nest, I will add another entry showing the next layer of honey comb, also contianing lots of sealed brood, eggs and grubs. They also had an ample supply of bee bread and honey, all returned to them that evening in the new home - the beehive. .
